1. Local Delivery (South Florida)
Free Delivery: We offer free local delivery once a week within the South Florida region.
Delivery Schedule: Orders placed by Thursday at 5 PM will be delivered on our designated delivery day, Sunday. Free delivery schedule is subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to customers and reflected in this shipping policy.
Coverage Area: Local delivery is limited to addresses within the South Florida region. If your address falls outside this area, we will ship your order instead (see below).
2. Shipping (US & Canada)
Shipping Costs: Customers in the United States and Canada are responsible for shipping costs. These costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and order size.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery times are 3–7 business days for the U.S. and 7–14 business days for Canada, depending on the destination and shipping method.
Carriers: We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
3. International Shipping
No Overseas Shipping: We currently do not ship outside the United States and Canada.
4. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
