Short version: you tell us about your order, we answer you. That's it. No ads tracking, no selling your data, no newsletter you didn't ask for.

Who we are
Silver Can Water ("we", "us") runs silvercanwater.com. Questions about this page: orders@silvercanwater.com.
What we collect
- The order form. Your name, company or event, email, phone (if you give it), how many cans, still or sparkling, when and where, and anything you write in the notes. If you arrived from one of our social posts, we also note which one.
- Email you send us. Whatever you put in it.
- Basic technical data. Our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes things like your IP address to deliver the page and block abuse. We may use Cloudflare's privacy-first web analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
What we do with it
- Reply to your request, follow up about it (twice at most, and never after you tell us to stop), and keep a record of requests we've received.
- Figure out which of our posts actually bring in orders.
We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Where it lives
Order requests are stored in our Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail). The website and its form run on Cloudflare. Both act as our service providers.
Social media
We use Instagram's and TikTok's official tools only to publish posts to our own accounts. We don't collect information about the people who view, like or follow those posts beyond what the platforms show any account owner.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to handle your request and keep normal business records, or until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
Email orders@silvercanwater.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll handle it within 30 days. Reply "no thanks" to any follow-up and we stop writing to you.
Kids
This site is for businesses ordering 10,000+ cans. It isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this page, we'll update the date at the top.
